ALERT: CNN To Air Fine Interview
We have learned that CNN's Anderson Cooper will air the interview with Richard Fine tomorrow (Thursday, May 20th) on his "360" show at 10pm Eastern/7pm Pacific time, unless breaking news causes the network to preempt it.

I've been following this story, since first reading about Dr. Fine on Judicial Watch's website last year. I am disheartened, but determined to get involved to right this wrong. I wanted to ask, did the case go before the Supreme Court, or did it only go as far as Justice Ginsberg, and she decided not to allow the matter to go before the court as a whole?
