U.S. Supreme Court Chucks Due Process Rights Clean Overboard

The US Supreme Court today released its denial of Dr. Richard I. Fine's Petition for Writ of Certiorari without explanation or comment.  The ruling removed all doubt that courts are presumed to act with integrity.  Clearly, those days are gone.

In so ruling, the Supreme Court has authorized corrupt judges to continue to accept money from parties to lawsuits before them, then rule in favor of those parties' interests.  Therefore, although the Constitution confirmed all citizens' right to due process (a fair trial) for all these years, this right was taken away from all of us today so that judges can continue to steal from taxpayers and reward their cronies.

To say that it's a sad day in America is the greatest understatement of the past 250 years.  Americans DIED in wars to obtain and ensure our freedoms; the Supreme Court nullified their sacrifices in one fell swoop.

Check back later, please, for more in our continuing commentary on this outrageous turn of events, as well as the unveiling of Phase B of the developing master plan to finally rid society of its evil members in government.  (HINT:  "Vote The Bums Out" is child's play.)  And note that we have now created an online forum where fellow decent citizens can gather, discuss and plan our futures together.  (Unionized workers are particularly encouraged to join the forum and become knowledgeable about the issues. Once you discover how the judges dissedcourtroom staff over the furlough issue, you'll never believe an LA County judge again for any reason. (Short version of that story is here.))

The Supreme Court's ruling is FAR from "the end of the road" for Richard Fine, despite what some people may hope they can fool the public into believing.  In truth, and as they well know, the battle is, in fact, by no means abated, and especially interesting fireworks are expected in the upcoming clashes in (1) the Fine v. State Bar II case (where the California Supreme Court will be exposed for literally telling a bald-faced lie in a legal brief it filed with a Federal Court Magistrate Judge who had previously been used as a recurring patsy in protecting guilty judges and furthering their payment scheme), (2) action against Judge Yaffe for refusing to put a hearing on calendar to discuss whether he was exempt from the mandatory maximum 5-day limit of jail time for "coercive" incarceration victims (but the jerk kept the filing fee!), and (3) the decision pending in Sturgeon II v. County of Los Angeles, an appeal seeking to stop the continuing payments to judges.

It bears repeating that the judges and supervisors involved in the payment scheme were not made innocent by Senate Bill SBx2-11 (the ex post facto law presently being used to shield the guilty from prosecution and prison time).  They are all still dastardly crooks at heart and in point of fact, regardless of their fictitious legal status. And they are the blood-sucking enemies of We the Decent People.  We asked them very nicely to do the right thing and were ignored.  The time for niceties has passed.

In the unequaled words of Lee Greenwood,s "Proud To Be An American" :

If tomorrow all the things were gone,
I’d worked for all my life.
And I had to start again,
with just my children and my wife.
I’d thank my lucky stars,
to be livin here today.
‘ Cause the flag still stands for freedom,
and they can’t take that away.
And I’m proud to be an American,
where at least I know I’m free.
And I wont forget the men who died,
who gave that right to me.
And I gladly stand up,
next to you and defend her still today.
‘ Cause there ain’t no doubt I love this land,
God bless the USA.
From the lakes of Minnesota,
to the hills of Tennessee.
Across the plains of Texas,
From sea to shining sea.
From Detroit down to Houston,
and New York to L.A.
Well there's pride in every American heart,
and its time we stand and say.
That I’m proud to be an American,
where at least I know I’m free.
And I wont forget the men who died,
who gave that right to me.
And I gladly stand up,
next to you and defend her still today.
‘ Cause there ain’t no doubt I love this land,
God bless the USA.
And I’m proud to be and American,
where at least I know I’m free.
And I wont forget the men who died,
who gave that right to me.
And I gladly stand up,
next to you and defend her still today.
‘ Cause there ain’t no doubt I love this land,
God bless the USA.

Will you STAND UP with Richard Fine and his supporters? Can you even imagine what daily life will become if judges are able to keep their newly-won right to lie under oath? To take money from a defendant then rule in his favor in a case, shafting the other party in the process? To have received a pardon for committing thousands of felonies while continuing to wear the robe (a former symbol of integrity) and sitting in judgment of others accused of criminal conduct?  (That would be the height of irony, to say the least.  It will also prove to be the most embarrassing thing to try and justify to the outside world, too; mark our words.)

It's sometimes difficult to accept that, as it turns out, our greatest enemy actually came from within.  But the evidence is now plentiful that the very people we put in positions of trust are the ones who now are robbing us blind as we speak.  That's the bottom line.

So we reaffirm that Right must always eventually win out over Evil Might, for when the opposite becomes the norm, the grand principle behind America's creation and existence will have become moot.  If the cause of judicial integrity is ever abandoned ... even for a minute ... "America" will represent a time and state of mind to which we will never be able to return.

This quest of Richard Fine’s can never be “over” as long as he is in jail. Richard has the moral high ground. I have always been chary to compare Richard Fine to Ghandi, Walesa, Mandela or Solzhenitsyn but today he has earned that status. Richard has been a political prisoner for the last fourteen months but with the possibility of the U.S. Supreme Court respecting due process and protecting the citizen’s Constitutional rights, the “jury was still out” on American justice. Today, the sword of Damocles has fallen. The rule of law is officially replaced by the rule of corruption. Court goes to the highest bidder, just like in the Banana Republic of your choice.
Richard Fine is no longer a local activist lawyer. He is now an international Champion fighting for the last vestige of an experiment in government, originated in 1776 and decimated in 2010.

The stink of this permeates our society. Jefferson said that we need a revolution every 200 years or so just to clear the air. Not only politics, almost every business is rife with corruption. Who are our "heroes" today? We idolize movie stars, billionaires, athletes, etc. A true hero sits in L.A. County Jail but very few know or care.

Indeed, this is a sad day.

While inmates are being let out of jail
due to state budget problems

we have a man who is a political prisoner of the court system
who has done no crime

being held indefinitely, with no trial, no hearing,

This is not the America we were taught about as children
This is not the America the founders of this country designed

Corruption is rampant in the 'legal system'
and those who run it
don't want to be held accountable to the laws they pledge to uphold
with their 'oath of office' and the 'Code of Ethics'.

The whistleblower is characterized as the problem
when it is the illegal acts of those the whistleblower is 'blowing the whistle on'
that is the true source of 'the problem'.

Strength and prayers to Richard Fine.
May he know that there are people
caring about him and hoping for some resolution
that reflects the true meaning of 'justice'.

And it appears it is up to

JUST US

These crooks are protecting their own territory. Justice in the syatem has always been bought in one way or the other, that has been my perception.
Now what cna we do.
Here is my idea. Lets get Richard fine elected as a judge and then he may be able to sign his own release-maybe.
We need to get this evil judge out of office. We need post his name, phone number and address so we get him off th ebench and off the public payroll. These judges are voted in at election time. So we can vote them out jsut as we can vote out Knabe and Molina and others. These guys are not minding the store or our taxpayers funds.
That is my two cents. The legal system is not justice. It is a corrupt system full of favoratism and judges whims, in my opinion.

Jefferson was right.
November, 1787-
"God forbid we should ever be twenty years without such a rebellion.
The people cannot be all, and always, well informed. The part which is
wrong will be discontented, in proportion to the importance of the facts
they misconceive. If they remain quiet under such misconceptions,
it is lethargy, the forerunner of death to the public liberty. ...
And what country can preserve its liberties, if its rulers are not
warned from time to time, that this people preserve the spirit of
resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as
to the facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost
in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from
time to time, with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
It is its natural manure."

The Judges have gone too far.

Devastating ... simply ... devastating. Words cannot express how wrong this all is!!!!! God be with Mr. Fine and his family.

God help us all.

This isn't at all surprising. People need to wake up! Judges are overtly political and justice is often moot. They view their court as a business and they're virtually all in bed with one another to keep it afloat. Maybe a California bankruptcy and collapse will change things for the better in spite of the pains and sacrifices ahead.

Please let us know what this means, if Mr. Fine will not be released. Thanks for reporting on this important information.

Where the hell is the MSM on this historic decision? This wipes out what little constitution we had left. It's lynchin' time. There can be no legal reason for their decision, it appears clear, we have the duty to remove a tyrannical government, it's that time.

Our Constitution was defective in that it didn’t provide checks and balances for its Judiciary. The judiciary first of all is a monopoly in that no one is authorized to render judicial services except itself. Second, the judiciary is the only branch of the government that is exempt from accountability. It is accountable to no one except itself.
First there should be a competition for the judicial services. There should be a system of private judicial services parallel to that provided by the government that litigants my resort to.
Second, the judiciary shall be accountable to the public in that all judges should be elected and not appointed to their offices and that all judges should be subject to recall.

I have been dealing with this corruption since Sept. 30, 2005. Since then Senator Nancy Schaefer validated what I had started exposing in 2005. She has now been murdered. Than Richard Fine came out exposing what have been saying. He, like me was jailed for exposing this LA County corruption. The Supreme Courts refuse to step up to the plate denying all our attempts for justice. What is even more appalling is the citizens of LA County not putting their foot down and protesting this in a big way. If we could motivate citizens to stop everything here in LA County and form a peaceful assembly and refuse to operate like busy as usual and demand for our grievances to be heard for redress, I believe we could make an impact unfortunately no one has any staying power and no one is willing to give up their comfortable life style to accomplish this. I have found the attitude of most residence that if it does not affect them personally NO ONE CARES. It is sad that innocent people like Richard Fine and myself sit in jail because we DO CARE and Senator Nancy Schaefer is DEAD because SHE CARES. I would say hell with the people, who do not care, but unfortunately innocent children are paying the price for these dead beat citizens and I will not stand by and do nothing. My son is still being held captive and forced to take dangerous drugs which is destroying his mind and body while Knabe, Molina Antonovich, et al and the corrupted judicial system continue to profit from our blood and tears. They have direct knowledge and continue to fill their pockets knowing that innocence children are being kidnapped, abused, raped, drugged and eventually die from their profit, yet they allow this to go on. Meanwhile good people are jail, beaten, robbed, lose their children and die for standing up for what is right while the lazy citizens of this county will not take time from their day to correct this problem and continue to re-elect the scum in office to continue their crimes, while the media continues to hide the truth, and our children continue to pay with their lives while the unworthy citizens continue to enjoy their comfortable life style until they become the next victim. I say SHAME ON YOU CITIZENS OF LOS ANGELES COUNTY; if I could only put them in the children shoes and the shoes of the sacred, only then I could say justice has been served.

I understand your frustration godsplan. The LA countiers are a bunch of dead beats, who, like you said, don't care until it effects them. Then it's too late.
