On February 10th, Ninth Circuit Judges Reinhardt, Trott and Wardlaw released their order denying Richard Fine's petition for rehearing en banc.
On February 12th, the same judges denied Fine's motion to disqualify each of them due to their connections to Los Angeles County, a defendant in the underlying case and the entity which continues to make illegal payments to superior court judges in exchange for favorable rulings when sued. These bottom-rung judges are now getting more than even the Chief Justice of the U.S. Supreme Court.

Sheriff Lee Baca is right up there with the rest of the corrupt officials of California. Lee Baca has endorsed the "Assault Intervention Device", manufactured by the Raytheon Co. (big profits). This new "AID" device is a weapon of torture, which delivers invisible microwave heat rays from a high-tech ray gun. It is being installed at the Pitchess Detention Center's North County Correctional Facility in Los Angeles County, as we speak, and will be introduced at other local prisons and jails. The use of such a high-powered torture device in the California prison system now gives the United States the distinction of being the first nation in the world to use this mutilating, cattle-prod punishment on its own people with impunity. Corruption and evil run high and dangerous in California.
